Will was born in 1970, married his wife Deena in 1997 and has two children - daughter Keara and son Cooper.

Originally from Cranberry, Pa,  a small rural town in northwest Pennsylvania,  Will first came to the Beaufort, SC area in 1993 as a Drill Instructor for the United States Marine Corps.

Having empty pockets but big dreams, Will left the USMC in 1997 to pursue his goals in business and investment, opened a large local fitness/martial arts facility and then began investing in the Beaufort real estate market with an old friend via a partnership known as "Titan Investments, LLC".

Will eventually went on to sell his fitness/martial arts facility and founded "McCullough Development, Inc", a real estate development company which continues to operate in the Beaufort, SC area today.

Frustrated that he could not find a local Realtor who seemed to take his business as serious as he did, Will originally acquired his real estate license as a means to more effectively purchase/sell his own investment properties but would then occasionally help the students at his martial arts facility purchase/sell their properties.

This, however, had a snowball effect.

One thing led to another and, Living up to his motto to "Always treat every client's transactions as if they were his own",  Will had become both the Top Selling and Top Listing agent for Ballenger Realty by 2003...and remained Ballenger Realty's Top Producing agent for every year after that until mid 2006 when, sensing the potential for a downturn in the market, Will liquidated his real estate assets and moved his family back to northwest Pennsylvania so that his children could spend some time growing up near family.

Will went to work for RE/MAX in Erie, Pa, immediately earning their "New Agent Of The Year" award, yet It was during this time that Will also had a pretty powerful "conversion experience" and went from being someone who, in his own words,  had always "despised Christianity" to someone who now had become a Christian themselves.

So, after spending the majority of his adult working life always feeling obligated to have to endlessly "promote himself", Will left RE/MAX in order to take a break from business and to spend a couple years "giving back".  Will began volunteering nearly full time at Grace Church in Erie, Pa and eventually began working as an associate pastor serving via local Salvation Army Corps.

However, knowing that both he and his family GREATLY missed living in the Beaufort, SC area, Will kept up a near-daily "update study" of the Beaufort, SC real estate market and, in mid 2009, Will felt the time was right to resign his volunteer positions and return with his family to the Beaufort, SC area. 

Will went back to work at the only real estate company he could ever choose in the area - Ballenger Realty.
